See for yourself how easy it is to make your own chocolate at home. You just need some hot water, a saucepan, a bowl and a spatula or spoon.
For the first Experiment we will use our basic recipe with Cacao Paste, Cacao Butter and Sweet Freedom.

For this second experiment we are going to mix the same ingredients but we will swap sweeteners. Instead of Sweet Freedom we will be using icing sugar. We will see how this dry sweetener will alter the texture of the finished chocolate.
